Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Globe

  Carefully repackage the globe and its acrylic base in the original protective foam and gift box to prevent any scratches or damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

  Inspection and Refund
